Hardstyle Kettlebell Fundamentals
We start with the fundamentals. You will get significantly stronger and your everyday life will feel easier. You will also have gained enough experience to use kettlebells safely and effectively.
Pre-requisite
No prior experience with kettlebells or strength training is needed. Anyone is welcome.
Duration
Typically 2-6 months depending on your previous experience and current fitness level. True adaptation and progress takes time and consistency, there is no magic formula. After the free trial training we can estimate how long it would realistically take for you to achieve the fundamental strength goals.
Hardstyle Kettlebell Intermediate
You will learn how to use kettlebells to target muscle building, endurance or explosiveness the optimal way.
Pre-requisite
You easily pass the strength goals of the "Kettlebell Fundamentals" level (a.k.a Timeless Simple Standards).
Duration
3-12 months
Hardstyle Kettlebell Advanced
We have the knowledge to support you if you want to go deeper into strength training using kettlebells.
Pre-requisite
The "Fundamental" and the "Intermediate" strength goals both sound like a recreational deload training to you.
Duration
Individual depending on your goals.
